    Vice President Kathleen Weiss called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:30p.m. November 10, 2010. Following the Pledge of Allegiance and roll call was taken.  PRESENT: Edward Bartosiewicz, John Panasiuk, Rodney Scott, Kathleen Weiss, Mayor Gregory Stokes ABSENT: Thomas Stinnett

    E. Bartosiewicz motioned to approve the minutes of the October 13, 2010 Council Meeting and J. Panasiuk seconded.  Unanimous.

  • Earned Income Tax News Release

    The News release to follow will ONLY affect the Riegelsville Borough Properties that are in the Palisades School District effective January 1, 2011.   The Riegelsville Borough Properties that are in the Easton School District will not change until January 1, 2012.  It might still be helpful to attend one of these meetings in order to meet our new tax collector and to understand PA Act 32 implementation.

    Calling all Bucks Businesses:

    Tom Butts, Keystone Tax Collector Director of Community Services will hold informational sessions for all businesses  now  mandated  by Act 32 to withhold Earned Income Tax (EIT) and (LST) and remit according to new State guidelines. …
