Upon issuance of Declaration of Emergency or Notice of Emergency by Bucks County EMA.
Information pertaining to Emergency is communicated to Borough residents via R-ville Happenings, Facebook Posts, posted notices at Post Office, Borough Hall, and Borough Businesses. In addition, it will be posted on Lighted Billboard visible from Route 611 in front of Borough Hall.
Door to Door communication with residents is also to be attempted.
Visitation to Borough Businesses (with emphasis on Places of Assembly) to discuss nature of Emergency and possible shut-downs is also to be accomplished.
Using Churches and Fire House Dinners to provide ongoing Emergency updates is also to be accomplished.
When Emergency is over, Borough residents will be notified by measures stated above.
