  • October 2009 Minutes

    Vice President Kathie Weiss called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:31 p.m.  Following the Pledge of Allegiance roll call was taken.  PRESENT:    Edward Bartosiewicz, Kathleen Weiss, Rodney Scott, Mayor David Gerstenberg, Borough Solicitor William Dudeck.

    K. Weiss stated that an Executive Session was held prior to tonight’s meeting regarding potential litigation.

    E. Bartosiewicz motioned to approve the minutes of the September 9, 2009 Council Meeting and R. Scott seconded.  Unanimous.

    CITIZENS COMMENTS: Elaine Albrecht would like to ask the Borough for a monetary donation to the Eastern Upper Bucks Senior Center. …

    President Thomas Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:30 p.m. September 9, 2009. Following the Pledge of Allegiance roll call was taken.  PRESENT:    Edward Bartosiewicz, Kathleen Weiss, Thomas Stinnett,

    Rodney Scott, Rich Strawn and Mayor David Gerstenberg

    R. Strawn motioned to approve the minutes of the August 12, 2009 Council Meeting and Rodney Scott seconded.  Unanimous.

    CORRESPONDENCE:

    A letter was read from Bucks County Emergency Management announcing the quarterly training on September 15, 2009 1pm session and 7pm session Location is 911 Freedom Way, Ivyland PA.…

    President Thomas Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:35 p.m. August 12, 2009. Following the Pledge of Allegiance roll call was taken.  PRESENT:    Edward Bartosiewicz, Kathleen Weiss, Thomas Stinnett, Rodney Scott (Appointed 8:34pm) and Mayor David Gerstenberg           ABSENT: Rich Strawn

    E. Bartosiewicz motioned to approve the minutes of the July 8, 2009 Council Meeting and K. Weiss seconded.  Unanimous.

    CORRESPONDENCE:

    A letter was read from William Dudeck, Borough Solicitor to Marie Guidry, Easton Area School District and Drew Bishop, Palisades School District referencing the Tax Exempt refunds need to be forwarded to the Borough. …
