    President Thomas E. Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:30 p.m. November 14, 2012. Following the Pledge of Allegiance a roll call was taken.  PRESENT: Edward Bartosiewicz, Rich Pursell, Rodney Scott, Thomas Stinnett, Kathleen Weiss, Mayor Stokes         William Dudeck, Borough Solicitor

    E. Bartosiewicz motioned to approve the minutes of the October 10, 2012 Council Meeting.  R. Pursell seconded.  Unanimous.

    CORRESPONDENCE:  

    Letter was received from Lance Lawn Care thanking the Borough for their business this past year.…

    EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT BULLETIN:  Monday, October 29, 2012, 11:00AM

    Riegelsville Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is now open at the Riegelsville Fire Co

    All previously issued watches & warnings remain in effect & force as Sandy as intensified and continues on her path through our region as forecasted.  All pre-storm preparations should be completed by 12 Noon today as conditions will worsen as the afternoon progresses.

    Riegelsville Water Co. Update: Please continue to conserve water! The Well will need time to recharge if there is a power outage in the borough.…

    RIEGELSVILLE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT BULLETIN (10-28-2012 1:30PM) Possible Flooding/High Winds/Power Outage

    The Riegelsville Emergency Team will have their post opened at the Riegelsville Fire Co. on Monday October 29, 2012 at approximately 9-10am.

    As we continue to track two (2) storms approaching from both the south and west; the National Weather Service has issued a 90% PROBABILITY that our area will sustain a somewhat major impact.  The storm track/severity is still subject to change.

    In the event that the storm continues as predicted; we can expect the following:

     At a minimum…six (6) to eight (8) inches of rain commencing Sunday afternoon and ending sometime Wednesday or Thursday. …
