     AN ORDINANCE OF RIEGELSVILLE BOROUGH, BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ENACTING AND LEVYING CERTAIN TAX RATE ON ALL REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOROUGH

     Under and pursuant to 53 P.S. § 46302, the Council of the Borough of Riegelsville hereby ENACTS and ORDAINS a tax and the same is hereby levied on all real property within the said Borough subject to taxation for the fiscal year 2014 as follows:

    President Thomas E. Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:30 p.m. October 9, 2013. Following the Pledge of Allegiance the roll call was taken.  PRESENT: Edward Bartosiewicz, Rich Pursell, Rodney Scott, Thomas Stinnett, Kathleen Weiss and Mayor Stokes.  Ed Bartosiewicz motioned to approve the minutes of theOctober 9, 2013Council Meeting and Rich Pursell seconded.  Unanimous.

Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:36 p.m. October 9, 2013. Following the Pledge of Allegiance the roll call was taken.  PRESENT: Edward Bartosiewicz, Rich Pursell, Thomas Stinnett, Kathleen Weiss and Mayor Stokes.  Rich Pursell motioned to approve the minutes of the September 11, 2013 Council Meeting and Ed Bartosiewicz seconded.  Unanimous.
