The reorganization meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council was called to order on January 3, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Gregory Stokes. Following the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call was taken. PRESENT: Thomas E Stinnett, Ed Bartosiewicz, Kate Brandes, Gary Chase, Rodney Scott, Sherry Masteller and Tammy Macaluso.

Mayor Stokes issued the oath of office for newly elected Council Members, Ed Bartosiewicz, Kate Brandes and Rodney Scott.
Mayor Stokes issued the oath of office to newly appointed Council Member, Gary Chase.
Mayor Stokes issued the oath of office for newly elected Tax Collector, Tammy Macaluso.
Mayor Stokes asked for nominations for President of Council. R. Scott motioned to appoint T. Stinnett as President of Council. E. Bartosiewicz seconded. Unanimous.
Mayor Stokes asked for nominations for Vice President of Council. E. Bartosiewicz motioned to appoint Rodney Scott as Vice President of Council. K. Brandes seconded. Unanimous.
Mayor Stokes asked for nominations for President Pro Tempore. E. Bartosiewicz motioned to appoint K. Brandes as President Pro Tempore. T. Stinnett seconded. Unanimous.
Mayor Stokes turned the chair over to President T. Stinnett.
