The Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call: PRESENT: Ed Bartosiewicz, Gary Chase, Michael Pulsinelli, Rodney Scott, Tom Stinnett, and William Dudeck-Borough Solicitor.

Motion to approve November 9, 2022, Council Meeting minutes E. Bartosiewicz motioned to approve, M. Pulsinelli Seconded.   Unanimous.
