     AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CERTAIN UNOPENED CUL-DE-SAC

    AT THE TERMINUS OF POPLAR ROAD, RIEGELSVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA

     Article I – Title and Purpose

     This Ordinance shall be known as “An Ordinance Vacating a Certain Unopened Cul-De-Sac at the Terminus of Poplar Road, Riegelsville, Pennsylvania.”  The purpose of the Ordinance is to vacate that the 60’ radial cul-de-sac located at the terminus of Poplar Road as first laid out and shown on a subdivision plan entitled, “Subdivision Plans Prepared for Joseph Cowley” as filed in the Bucks County Recorder’s Office on February 2, 2000 in Plan Book 299, Page 200 and subsequently depicted in a plan entitled “Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plans Prepared for Quaint Oak Bank” as filed in the Bucks County Recorder’s Office in Plan Book 376, Page 2.…

Sweeney, Eileen Sweeney and Gayle M. Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:30 p.m. January 9, 2013. Following the Pledge of Allegiance a roll call was taken.  PRESENT: Edward Bartosiewicz, Rich Pursell, Thomas Stinnett and Kathleen Weiss.  E.
