Old Business
Tom Stinnett contacted Matt Walters at Bucks County Planning Commission to discuss
changes to their quote for doing our Comprehensive Plan. The changed quote had been sent to
everyone .
New Business
We discussed the changes that had been made to the BCPC quote. These changes were
approved by the members present. Tom Stinnett then told everyone about the bulletin board
removal by the bakery owner. This brought about a letter from our Zoning Officer to explain
that their changes they were planning would require several changes to their current permit. A
question then arose as to the status of the Riegelsville Inn in regards to the change of ownership
and Tom Stinnett explained that we had not heard anything about that. Tom Stinnett also
explained that the owner of the property at the corner of Delaware and Durham had not
responded to the Zoning Officer’s stop work order.
Bob Ryan then asked about a point that he had made at our last meeting concerning
revisions to the Storm Water Ordinance. David Brandes then explained that the Pennsylvania
DEP had proposed many changes and placed it out for comments. The comments were
numerous and it did not seem that this was going to be resolved for some time.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m. with a motion by Jason Anderson and seconded by
David Brandes. The next meeting will be held on August 7, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Riegelsville
Borough Hall. There will be no meeting in July due to the holiday.
Respectfully submitted,
Tom Stinnett, Secretary
