Minutes from previous meeting (December 5, 2022) were read and a motion for approval as
submitted was made by Damion Newton and seconded by Dave Brandes. Minutes were then
approved unanimously.

Matt Walters presented the “Implementable” Comprehensive Plan verses the Standard
Comprehensive Plan in the form of a 10 page document. He developed the “Keys” to a
successful Implementable Comprehensive Plan. He then showed us the Process, Issues and
Products of the Plan. He then introduced us to the MetroQuest technique for developing a
questionnaire for the Borough residents and provided a sample from Doylestown Borough.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:48 p.m. with a motion by David Brandes and seconded by Jason
Anderson. The next meeting will be held on March 6, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Riegelsville
Borough Hall.
