The regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council shall be held online on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 beginning at 7 p.m.  EDT. January 13, 2021 Council Minutes, Ratification of the January bills to include additional $422.86 to BP card for the payment that was not received by 1/29 & posted 2/1

Letter dated January 14, 2021, Margaret Wildonger, Borough resident- change of property lines.

Letter dated January 22, 2021, from Borough Engineer, Cowan Associates- Spring hill Speed Study report.

Email received January 28, 2021 from Tom Stinnett, Secretary Riegelsville Planning Commission annual report for 2020.

Letter dated February 9, 2021 from Borough Engineer, Cowan Associates opinion letter- Lot Consolidation Margaret Wildonger.

Approval for the Riegelsville Library to have outdoor children’s Storytime starting April 2021.

 

Approval for the Library ceiling repair invoice for the tenant to include a 15% admin fee ($33.75).

 

Approval to purchase a backup booster for the Chlorinator at Well #3 the cost is approx. $727.00.

 

Approval to purchase 3 “NO Metal Detecting” signs for the Borough Park.

 

Approval to reappoint Damian Newton and Thomas Stinnett to Riegelsville Planning Commission 4 year seat 2021-2024.

 

Approval of installation of traffic calming devices based on the traffic study.

 

During January 2021 Council meeting the Bollards and fencing was approved for apprx. $ 2128.00, the actual cost was $2360.53 difference of $232.53.
