LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Riegelsville Zoning Hearing Board will hold a virtual Meeting and a
virtual Hearing on February 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., on the Zoom platform. The purpose of the virtual
Meeting is to reorganize. The purpose of the virtual Hearing is to consider the Appeal of James
Sweeney, Eileen Sweeney, Kurt Woerner, and Maureen Woerner from the decision of the Zoning
Officer denying a permit to install a driveway and a parking pad at 303 Poplar Road, Riegelsville, PA
18077, otherwise identified as Bucks County TMP No. 38-003-004-005.
The public is invited to log on or phone in to the virtual Meeting and virtual Hearing. Public comments
will be taken by email during and before the Hearing, by phone during the Hearing, or as part of the
video conferencing. Interested parties who wish to participate in the Hearing should contact the
