    President Thomas E. Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:02 p.m. January 8, 2020.  Following the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call was taken.  PRESENT: Thomas Stinnett, Ed Bartosiewicz, Ann P Moyer, Rodney Scott, Mayor Stokes, ABSENT: Kate Brandes.   Mayor Stokes issued the oath of office for newly elected Council Member, Ann P Moyer. Bartosiewicz motioned to approve the Council minutes from December 11, 2019, Moyer Seconded.   Unanimous.
