President Thomas E. Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:20 p.m. July 8, 2015. Following the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call was taken. PRESENT: Thomas Stinnett, Kathleen Weiss and Mayor Stokes ABSENT: Ed Bartosiewicz, Rich Pursell and Rodney Scott. T. Stinnett stated there is not enough Council member present for a Quorum so no decisions can be made tonight. T.
