    RIEGELSVILLE BOROUGH ORDINANCE NO. 224

     AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CERTAIN UNOPENED CUL-DE-SAC

    AT THE TERMINUS OF POPLAR ROAD, RIEGELSVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA

     Article I – Title and Purpose

     This Ordinance shall be known as “An Ordinance Vacating a Certain Unopened Cul-De-Sac at the Terminus of Poplar Road, Riegelsville, Pennsylvania.”  The purpose of the Ordinance is to vacate that the 60’ radial cul-de-sac located at the terminus of Poplar Road as first laid out and shown on a subdivision plan entitled, “Subdivision Plans Prepared for Joseph Cowley” as filed in the Bucks County Recorder’s Office on February 2, 2000 in Plan Book 299, Page 200 and subsequently depicted in a plan entitled “Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plans Prepared for Quaint Oak Bank” as filed in the Bucks County Recorder’s Office in Plan Book 376, Page 2.…

    Notice is hereby given by the Council of the Borough of Riegelsville that on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 7 p.m. at the Borough Hall, 615 Easton Road, Riegelsville, Pennsylvania a public hearing shall be held upon the Petition of James G. Sweeney, Eileen Sweeney and Gayle M. Cillo for an Ordinance vacating a certain unopened cul-de-sac at the terminus of Poplar Road, Riegelsville, Pennsylvania.  A full copy of the Petition with exhibits may be examined without charge at the Borough Hall during normal business hours, or may be obtained upon request for a charge not greater than the cost thereof. …

  • January 2013 Council Minutes

    President Thomas E. Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:30 p.m. January 9, 2013. Following the Pledge of Allegiance a roll call was taken.  PRESENT: Edward Bartosiewicz, Rich Pursell, Thomas Stinnett and Kathleen Weiss.  E. Bartosiewicz motioned to approve the minutes of the December 12, 2012 Council Meeting.  R. Pursell seconded.  Unanimous.
