  • April 2016 Council Minutes

    President Thomas E. Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:00 p.m. April 13, 2016. Following the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call was taken.  PRESENT: Thomas Stinnett, Ed Bartosiewicz, Audrey R Kenny, Ann P Moyer, Rodney Scott and Mayor Stokes. A. Kenny motioned to approve the minutes from March 9, 2016.  E. Bartosiewicz seconded.  Unanimous. 

     CORRESPONDENCE:  

    Email dated March 21, 2016 from Tom Stinnett, Secretary of Riegelsville Planning Commission presented their 2015 minutes.

    REPORTS:

    President – Tom Stinnett reported that Ann Moyer and he attended the quarterly dinner meeting of the Bucks County Borough Association, Ed Troxell went over the hot topics Spring 2016 PSAB government affairs.…

    Notice is hereby given by the Council of the Borough of Riegelsville that an ordinance regarding outdoor and open burning within the Borough of Riegelsville proposed Ordinance No. 234, will be presented for review and passage at the Regular Council meeting to be held on May 11, 2016 at 7 p.m. at the Borough Hall, Riegelsville, Pennsylvania.  A full copy of the proposed ordinance may be examined without charge at the Borough Hall, the office of this newspaper or the Law Library at the Bucks County Court House during normal business hours, or may be obtained upon request for a charge not greater than the cost thereof. …
