AN ORDINANCE OF RIEGELSVILLE BOROUGH, BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ENACTING AND LEVYING CERTAIN TAX RATE ON ALL REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOROUGH
