Tom Stinnett could not reach Matt Walters of the Bucks County Planning Commission to
ask him the questions in our last meeting minutes.

Bob Ryan asked how the Comprehensive Plan would work in relation to the Zoning
Ordinance. Tom Stinnett explained that currently we do not have a separate Comprehensive
Plan and we had chosen to add a section at the beginning of the current Zoning Ordinance that
took the place of the Comprehensive Plan. If we went ahead with creating a Comprehensive
Plan then the Zoning Ordinance would then need to be revised to make them in agreement. Bob
Ryan then asked about the various items that Evan Kechely needed to deal with in order to buy
the Riegelsville Hotel that was mentioned in our last meeting. He asked why we did not deal
with the parking requirements of our current zoning ordinance instead of asking Evan to cut his
seating. Tom Stinnett explained that his amount of seating is currently being controlled by the
Bucks County Heath Bureau because they currently have his present septic system can only
support 100 seats. The Borough can deal with the amount of parking once this is settled.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:39 p.m. with a motion by John Panasiuk and seconded by
Damion Newton. The next meeting will be held on June 5, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Riegelsville
Borough Hall.
