The following Ordinance #246 will be presented for review and passage during the Borough Council meeting to be held on <strong>Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Borough Hall, Riegelsville, Pennsylvania<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>ORDINANCE NO. 246 <\/strong><strong>Borough of Riegelsville<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bucks County<\/strong><strong>, Pennsylvania<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>AN ORDINANCE OF RIEGELSVILLE BOROUGH, BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ENACTING AND LEVYING CERTAIN TAX RATE ON ALL REAL <u>PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOROUGH<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Under and pursuant to 8 Pa. The Borough Council will meet monthly on the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Wednesday at 7:00 pm, except the November meeting is Thursday November 9. The committees of Council will meet monthly as follows:\u00a0 Streets\/Properties at 7:00 pm and Finance immediately following on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> Wednesday except no meetings January; Community Affairs at 7:00 pm and Utilities immediately following on the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Wednesday except no meetings December. \u00a0The Riegelsville Planning Commission will meet monthly on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> Monday at 7:00 pm or as needed with the following exceptions: No January, July and September meeting. Recreation Board will meet last Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm or as needed.
