The purpose of the virtual Hearing is to consider the Appeal for a Special Exception from the Zoning Ordinance #222, Article X, Section 1008(a) and Article XVII, Section 1706 from TNT Groundworks, LLC, Thomas Murtha, owner, to install an eight foot \u201cDeer\u201d fence on the perimeter of 12+acres of the 20+ acre farm field, otherwise identified as Bucks County TPM #38-003-065 to 38-003-069. The public is invited to log on or phone in to the virtual Hearing. Public comments will be taken by email during and before the Hearing, by phone during the Hearing, or as part of the video conferencing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties who wish to participate in the Hearing should contact the Borough Secretary at 610- 749-2726 or by email at riegelsville@gmail.com to obtain login information. Anyone may submit a comment via e-mail by sending it to: woetinger@grimlaw.com.
