DRAFT March 3, 2021<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Kate Brandes called the Finance Zoom meeting to order on March 3, 2021 at 7:19 pm.<\/p>\n We are recording this Zoom meeting. If anyone makes inappropriate comments, tries to sell something, is attacking someone, etc. you will be removed from this meeting.<\/p>\n Members Present:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Kate Brandes, Ed Bartosiewicz, Rodney Scott and Tom Stinnett.<\/p>\n Others Present:\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Mayor Stokes and Sherry Masteller-Borough Secretary.<\/p>\n Comment from Citizens<\/u><\/strong>: <\/u>\u00a0\u00a0Please state your name, you have maximum 3 minutes to speak.<\/p>\n 3- Borough residents present.\u00a0 No comments.<\/p>\n Discussions:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n BC Open Space funds $55,883.75 update<\/strong>: The Bucks County Planning Commission (BCPC) has completed their part of the approval and now it gets sent back to John Ives for the completion and the payment to the Borough.<\/p>\n Borough Heating Oil update: <\/strong>S. Masteller reported that Haly oil was acquired by Moyer Indoor Outdoor Inc.<\/p>\n Currently they have the Borough oil account on the commercial plus pricing, which normally runs .30 off the retail average.\u00a0 They do offer a fixed rate June 2021-July 2022, S. Masteller will get that rate in April and get all the info to Council.<\/p>\n Utility Truck body discussion: <\/strong>R. Scott talked to Troy at Riegelsville Auto and they found a steel body in Pittsburgh, The truck body plus the delivery would be approximately $7100.00.\u00a0 This will be added to Council agenda next week.<\/p>\n Borough 2020 Audit update: <\/strong>Completed and Council received the conclusion letter.<\/p>\n
