If anyone makes inappropriate comments, tries to sell something, is attacking someone, etc. you will be removed from this meeting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Members Present:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kate Brandes, Ed Bartosiewicz, Ann Moyer, Rodney Scott and Tom Stinnett.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Others Present:\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sherry Masteller-Borough Secretary.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Comment from Citizens<\/u><\/strong><u>: <\/u>\u00a0\u00a0Please state your name, you have maximum 3 minutes to speak.<\/p>\n<p>2- Borough residents present.\u00a0 No comments.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Discussions:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Draft 2021 Budget will be voted on during December 9 Council.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ordinance #243 Tax Rate will be voted on during December 9 Council.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Water rate increase resolution for 2021 will be voted on during December 9 Council.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Council looked over the finances.<\/li>\n<li>T. Stinnett had 3 questions: with <em>REMARKS: <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>01-331-120\u00a0page 3, Local Code violations are a little lower than last year, have the<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Zoning\/Building permits that are in violation and pay double\u00a0fees been put into this total?\u00a0 <em>REMARKS: <\/em><em>This is money received from the Magistrate\u2019s office.<\/em><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>01-427-500\u00a0Household Hazardous\u00a0waste program $130.00 we didn\u2019t\u00a0pay this yet?\u00a0<em>REMARKS: Letter is coming from Bucks County Planning Commission the week of December 7, 2020.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>38-392-035 Highway aid on the income side page 16 transfer from highway aid $6,680.00, need explanation. <em>REMARKS:<\/em><em>That is the money transferred in to the equipment reserve fund.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stinnett asked if we need to add the New Bucks County resolution from Tax Claim to the December<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Council meeting agenda. \u00a0S.
