NOTICE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0Notice is hereby given by the Council of the Borough of Riegelsville that its regular meeting on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 7:30 p.m.<\/strong> at the Borough Hall, 615 Easton Road, Riegelsville, Pennsylvania<\/strong>, it shall consider passage of proposed Ordinance No. 225, \u201cAn Ordinance of Riegelsville Borough Adopting the 2009 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code.\u201d the following of which is a summary prepared by the Borough\u2019s solicitor.\u00a0\u00a0 Article I<\/strong> states the title as being \u201cAn Ordinance of Riegelsville Borough Adopting the 2009 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code\u201d and the purposes for which it is being adopted.\u00a0 Article II <\/strong>adopts, by reference, the 2009 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code (\u201cCode\u201d) subject to the additions, insertions, deletions and changes prescribed in Article III of the proposed ordinance.\u00a0 Article III <\/strong>amends Section 103.2, Appointment; Section 112.4, Failure to Comply; Section 304.14, Insect Screens; Section 602.3, Heat Supply; and Section 602.4, Occupiable work spaces of the Code.\u00a0 Article I<\/strong>V <\/strong>repeals any provisions of the Riegelsville Borough Code of Ordinances which are inconsistent with the proposed ordinance while preserving any provisions unaffected by the proposed ordinance.\u00a0 Article V <\/strong>is a savings clause.\u00a0 Article VI <\/strong>is a severability provision. \u00a0Article VII <\/strong>provides that proposed ordinance would be effective upon the date of its adoption and is incorporated by reference into the Borough\u2019s Code of Ordinances with the same force and effect as if duly recorded therein.\u00a0 Copies of the full text of the proposed ordinance and the Code may be examined without charge at the Riegelsville Borough Hall or copies of the proposed ordinance may be examined at the Bucks County Law Library during normal business hours, or may be obtained upon request for a charge not greater than the cost thereof.<\/p>\n
