Sweeney, Eileen Sweeney and Gayle M. Cillo for an Ordinance vacating a certain unopened cul-de-sac at the terminus of Poplar Road, Riegelsville, Pennsylvania.\u00a0 A full copy of the Petition with exhibits may be examined without charge at the Borough Hall during normal business hours, or may be obtained upon request for a charge not greater than the cost thereof.\u00a0 If, after hearing, the Petition is granted, the Council will review and consider passage of proposed Riegelsville Borough Ordinance No. 224, the following of which is a summary prepared by the Borough\u2019s solicitor.\u00a0\u00a0 Article I states the title as being \u201c\u201cAn Ordinance Vacating a Certain Unopened Cul-De-Sac at the Terminus of Poplar Road, Riegelsville, Pennsylvania\u201d and its purpose as being just that.\u00a0 Article II identifies the abutting property owners.\u00a0 Article III is the text of the proposed ordinance itself and, in sum, vacates the cul-de-sac in question.\u00a0 Article IV directs that the proposed ordinance be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.\u00a0 Article V is a repealer section.
