  • February 2012 Council Minutes

    President Thomas E. Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:30 p.m. February 8th, 2012. Following the Pledge of Allegiance a roll call was taken.  PRESENT: Edward Bartosiewicz, Rodney Scott, Thomas Stinnett, Kathleen Weiss and Mayor Stokes   E. Bartosiewicz motioned to approve the minutes of the January 11, 2012 Council Meeting and R. Scott seconded.  Unanimous.

    CORRESPONDENCE:  

    Letter dated February 2, 2012 from PPL Generation, LLC- in reference to downstream user notifications according to section 901 of the Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act of July 5, 1989,

Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:30 p.m. January 11, 2012. Following the Pledge of Allegiance a roll call was taken.  PRESENT: Edward Bartosiewicz, Rodney Scott, Thomas Stinnett, Kathleen Weiss and Mayor Stokes Present after Council appointed Richard Pursell to the open Council seat.
