    President Thomas E. Stinnett called the regular meeting of the Riegelsville Borough Council to order at 7:30p.m. January 12, 2011. Following the Pledge of Allegiance a roll call was taken.  PRESENT: Edward Bartosiewicz, John Panasiuk, Rodney Scott, Thomas Stinnett , Kathleen Weiss and Mayor Stokes

    E. Bartosiewicz motioned to approve the minutes of the December 8th, 2010 Council Meeting and K. Weiss seconded.  Unanimous.

    K. Weiss motioned to approve the minutes from the December 22, 2010 Special Council meeting for 2011 Budget and Ord.…
